My best friend's brother has a facebook and someone changed his password (they did the same on his hotmail) We need to know how to change it back because hotmail is the only way to communicate with their brother in brazil!! they can't get a new hotmail because they don't want the person to talk to the brother in brazil... please no rude comments NEED ANSWERS FAST!

GO to hotmail and choose the option forgot my password ans answer some questions that were asked when he set up the account... then you will reset the password
for facebook do the same do the forgot password facebook will mail you the password to email they have... and change the facebook password fast...
