Can't seen to follow people on twitter and it comes up saying 'Forbidden'. Is there a solution to solve this? Also i was reading the Help section and it said that you must 'wait until you have more followers until you can follow more people' is this true or is not?
basically is there anything i can do so that i can follow more people?
