following people on twitter?
Can't seen to follow people on twitter and it comes up saying 'Forbidden'. Is there a solution to solve this? Also i was reading the Help section and it said that you must 'wait until you have more followers until you can follow more people' is this true or is not?
basically is there anything i can do so that i can follow more people?

I would suggest you to buy youtube views for your popular videos with fully authentic and real views. My sister used this for her website videos which is not hitting in more than thousands.
