Most people are always surprised by the fact that I don't have a facebook or twitter account. Am i the only one that absolutely hates facebook?

You're soo right. I rather have "real" friends then numbers on a facebook account. Twitter can be cool though. Just to follow your favorite celebs.

i have a facebook. and it keeps me occupied when i'm bored, but usually it annoys me. like i'll look at peoples stupid pictures of them with their tongues hanging out and stupid quotes on them like "best friends blah blah" and then it says 'amanda sue likes this photo'.. and i'm just thinking, HOW LAME IS THIS. lol

No, you're not weird for thinking that. Personally I think they're a waste of time and that they are analogous to black holes - they suck people in and they can't escape.
