My entire family is made up of hoteliers and I now want to open my own hotel in New Delhi.
I am looking for some natives who can potentially help me 'sell my pitch'.
I need to know what is fantastic about the area, why should guests come here?
I need to make my pitch sound as captivating as possible. Can anyone, preferably from their own experience, tell me what the strenghts are of this particular area?

I have known hotel and banquet halls promoter in India, I even made a blog for him. Check the one in my source.
In my opinion, you have to make the local promotion and at the same time social media promotion. The internet market in India is one of the biggest in the world, especially in New Delhi.
Banquet halls and hotels sell pitch by local advertising and social/seo on national level.
