Not illegal, unless the people in the pictures are under 18. But it does go against the site's Terms of Service, and they will remove them, and possibly close your account.

You will probably get reported. And "sexting" is getting a lot of people in trouble, and they are registered sex offenders now.
So be careful with what you do.

they will get removed if you put them on their. imho it's a shame how much censorship there is in this world (well at least the US) these days.

If you or they are above the age of 18 it is fine, but if they are younger it is considered child pornography even if it is you putting up pictures of yourself like that, if you are even 17 you can get into loads of trouble. Also it is illegle if you do not get the persons consent, but still WHo would want to put nacked pictures up, seriosly, are you like a pornographer or something

Another thing to consider, many potential employers are looking at the social networking sites of job candidates. If you're under 18, or if the photos were taken when you were under 18 it's illegal. It is not legal to post such photos of others, 18 or otherwise, unless you have consent. The sites will ban your account.
