lol you don't know how this works do you? judges interpret the constitution. from all accounts, this was a departure from prior rulings. expect this to go to the SCOTUS.

It is not a matter of Obama not knowing the Constitution. Obama deems himself above the Constitution and has a record of doing exactly what he wants no matter what the laws of our nation state. His disdain for our immigration laws is self evident. He has bypassed our governmental procedures and directed ICE and other departments to ignore our laws and not deport illegal aliens.
