It is not a matter of Obama not knowing the Constitution. Obama deems himself above the Constitution and has a record of doing exactly what he wants no matter what the laws of our nation state. His disdain for our immigration laws is self evident. He has bypassed our governmental procedures and directed ICE and other departments to ignore our laws and not deport illegal aliens.
