I have a dell dimension b110 I got the disk from dell 4 of them to do complete reinstall but when I try to connect to Internet it says windows can't detect wired network cards installed on machine what is this and how do I fix it

Once you install Windows on your computer you will need to install all the drivers into the system so that the hardware works.This includes the network card drivers. At the link below you can click to download drivers for your system. There is also an order to install the drivers. Click the 2nd link for information installing drivers.
