I have a dell dimension b110 I got the disk from dell 4 of them to do complete reinstall but when I try to connect to Internet it says windows can't detect wired network cards installed on machine what is this and how do I fix it

Once you install Windows on your computer you will need to install all the drivers into the system so that the hardware works.This includes the network card drivers.
