Are you aloud to have your teachers as friends on Facebook when they no longer teach you? - wrecked - 04-26-2013 10:56 AM I am currently in Sixthform at my high school in the UK year 12 and I am leaving after year 13 in the year 2014 and teachers are a big part of our lives and I am quite close to some of mine. Are you aloud to have them on Facebooks when you have left or if they leave before you leave? - :) - 04-26-2013 10:57 AM Yes boys it's tots fine man that's sweet - T-Bone - 04-26-2013 11:01 AM Yep. Why wouldn't it be allowed? - Philip - 04-26-2013 11:14 AM No conflict of interest when you're talking about former teachers. - harwarda - 04-26-2013 11:23 AM No, not until you learn how to spell "allowed". - angela_rakestraw - 04-26-2013 11:26 AM After you graduate you can add your teachers on Facebook, email them from their personal accounts, talk to them on the phone and be their official friends [if they agree to that of course]. After you have graduated you are now seen in the eyes of your former teachers and the public as an adult. - angela_rakestraw - 04-26-2013 11:39 AM Not if your still in the school where they work. - Aussie Babe - 04-26-2013 11:51 AM Once you leave school it should be fine. I still would not enjoy having my former students on Facebook, but I know some teachers who do this and keep in touch with kids they enjoyed working with. - ....... - 04-26-2013 12:02 PM first of all its "allowed" not aloud . but ya you can. I have some of my teachers on my facebook |
