Then it shows "view diagnostic and repair details" and "view advanced options for system recovery and support" i choose the advanced option. Then it asked for passward and i leave it blank and select OK. I have Windows 7 on a HP Pavilion DV6. I couldn't get it to reconcile anything either, so i shut down my laptop and restarted it, and it ran normally as though nothing had happened. I guess it is a bug in the update process? - Dell Inc. - 05-01-2013 01:58 AM Hello Peyush, I am from Dell Social Media and Community.
