Random comment I saw on social media, could not find a translation. Just curious.

Dhol is a sort of drum or tabla in the Desi culture
fatna means exploding or breaking
so I guess the whole meaning of dhol fatna hai kya is "Is the Dhol gonna burst/explode"
Though that sentence makes no grammatical sense.

"Dhol Fatna Hai Kya" is a humorous Hindi phrase...it means - Now your reality is revealed!

It means, 'if something (some secret) is going to expose'.
