It's not liberals that want a massive police presence. It's c0ns that want to use a massive police presense to monitor every pregnancy; to intrude in women's private medical decisions; and to monitor and prevent loving gay families from marrying. That's the kind of Big Government Police State the majority of Americans do not want.
