A lot of people do really cool edits where they like turn their tongue tye-dye or make their sunglasses lenses galaxy. How do they do that? People always ask how they do that but they never say. I guess they want to keep it a secret but obviously a lot of people know how to do it, so I was wondering what app it was on iPhone. Thanks!

to edit my photos before I post them.
You can try it, too.
Fotor is a free photo editor and it is
really easy to use. You can download on your iPone or
do it online. http://www.fotor.com/iphone/index-pes.html
With Fotor, you can add photo effects as you like.
And you can also make collage or add text to pictures.
