Instagram account disabled! HELP? - Hyderally - 12-07-2013 10:41 PM
When I login on my iPhone it says that my account has been disabled. But when I login on my friend's iPhone using the same account, I can use my IG account! Please help me to get my IG account on working on my iPhone! Thank you for answering

This sounds like a IP Address or equipment specific issue. If you can login on another phone it seems, to me, that the IP Address maybe blocked as opposed to the User. Read the excerpt below:

Based on another person on Yahoo who had the same problem...The solution is found in the link below:

i had the same problem as you. Jailbreak your iphone or ipod, go on Cydia and install "UDID faker". This will make instagram think you are signing in from a different device. It is your device itself that has been banned..."
