You and everyone else (including me) want this. haha

You can use the Spotify web player in the Chrome web browser for now.
https://play.spotify.com and cast it to your TV. The app based UI version will be much better of course.

And the Chromecast extension for Google Crome found here: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/google-cast/boadgeojelhgndaghljhdicfkmllpafd?utm_source=chrome-ntp-launcher
Just start the player than then send the tab to your Chromecast using the extension.
