You can use the Spotify web player in the Chrome web browser for now.
https://play.spotify.com and cast it to your TV. The app based UI version will be much better of course.

You can stream Spotify using there web player (currently in beta) found here: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detai...p-launcher

And the Chromecast extension for Google Crome found here: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detai...p-launcher

Just start the player than then send the tab to your Chromecast using the extension.
