I would do it like this:
"Thanks for your Follow Friday, I don't update my Twitter account too much, though." Ads |

Correct version: "Thank you for your Follow Friday, I don't update too much, so my Twitter account, though." |

May I suggest?
"for your fallow up last friday, although I don't update my twitter account much now." Sorry I am a bit conffused as to what you mean by follow friday? |

i'd say "Thanks for the follow on Friday, I don't usually update my twitter much"
*note if you put don't after usually it means something totally different just saying make it simple |
