What are the best ways to work out?
I would like to bulk up some more. The real question is how should I. Should i work out once or twice a day? Morning or evening. With weights or without. Also, what should I eat?

Eating? Eat a lot of protein and everything else. After a workout drink a protein shake.
And use weights and do lots of push-ups if you want it on your arms. If you don't have weights then use your body like push ups and different kinds of push ups. Ads |

If you want to bulk up I would eat a lot more than usual. Try having lots of beef, chicken, or anything with lots of protein and calories. Some people would rather use protein shakes or bars, but those have never worked for me in my experience. When you're not eating you want to workout every second. You will get huge in no time.
