my ex started speakin with me...im confused?

my ex called me last night after 4years. we were chatting in facebook casually and it went on for 3 hours. after that we exchanged our numbers and then ended up speaking for 2 hours. she was telling me all her personal stuffs from her break up with her boy friend and her current crush. was telling almost everything that had happend past 4 years. i was just speakin formally. but she just burst open all her feelings. what's my question now is why is she tellin all this to me even after not speaking with me for 4 years. she says what all we did was just childish and for time pass. she never told the reason for her break up with me. she never replied any of my messages all these years.The guy with who she had broke up with went abroad just two days back, she told me how sad she was when he boarded the flight. im confused to core. just wanna know why shes telling all this to me. asked her but she said im jus felt like saying and nothing else. don't know what. help me out
