How would you find and contact someone in the navy without knowing their social security number or rank?
Basically, I know:
Their Name
Birth City
City they live in
Where they are located now in regards in the navy
That they are a linguist, learning Farsi
They'll be shipping off to Georgia (the state, not the country) soon
I have their age, name of their brother - who may or nay not still be in the navy
It is very important that I contact them, so if anyone knows how to find them or can tell me how that would be greatly appreciated
