Remind yourself that soul mates don't exist.
Their is someone else out there for you, so don't take any of that 'recovery' time people talk about. Go meet new people, fall in love again. I'm not saying to rush it, but don't fall into a slump either.
You will live, you will make it past this. Just remember that and you should be fine.
