when you tag a photo on facebook does it become viewable by all the friends of the person tagged?

when you create a photograph album, you will get given some options about privacy settings (and don't worry, you can change these later):

Public (anyone can view but only friends can comment)

Friends of friends (you brother's friends will be able to see the pictures but not comment on them)

Friends (only your friends can see your pictures.)
