Idiots are bullying my friends disabled sister. What can I say to them to make them leave her alone?

Tell her mother, or get in contact with the parents of these immature rude, heartless people and inform them what they are doing, if you find what they are doing is wrong than do what's right and speak up, don't let the reticule of how people will judge you if you come forward, in the end you and your friend and her sister and even me will sleep better at night.
