Can social networking postings be used in custody cases?
My child's father is black I am white, we were never married, he was very abusive, I was able to get away from him and had a TPO against him where the judge also prevented him from having any contact with our daughter. He and his lawyer contacted my lawyer but neither has responded to my lawyers offer to him. Now he has taken to Facebook to post racist remarks because I won't give into his demands. If he ever decides to follow through with court can the posts he has be used against him?
