Yes, they can.
Keep copies of the posts - both on the computer and printed - in as original condition as possible. As he chose to put them out into "Public Domain" he can't claim protection under the privacy act. Its the same with any text messages or telephone (answering machine/Voice-mail) recorded messages - as he could reasonably know there would be records. Cannot record him without his knowledge - at least not here. I know of one custody case where they were used. Lesson to be learned? Don't put anything on "record" that might be used against you - and its a good idea that YOU remember that too. Be very careful when responding to the same. |
