Probably. Just because he said hi to her doesn't mean he wants to impregnate her too. It just means he's being friendly. I read an article once that said the female you have to worry about the least (out of all the females your guy encounters and could conceivably hook up with) is his ex; he's been there, done that, and moved on. Unless you have reason to believe he's not over her (and I mean a good reason, not just because he said hi to her on Facebook), it shouldn't be a big deal.
