Tell her that you aren't some game, or a test subject. She's really bad for doing that actually, if you tried to do that on her she'd very likely go mental.

I personally would tell her and be mad at her, try and get her to see how she's the one that needs to apologize because she has either a trust issue or some other mental problems. If she's sorry, forgive her. If she doesn't... your call.
