Walk up to him, preferable with some of your own goons at your back, and say something like "Ive been getting some scattered reports that you've been talking some serious shit about me behind my back. I'd just like to know if you have anything to say." And if he keeps talking shit, just say "Alright pussy, you and me, right now" and fight him. Don't be a pussy. But make him throw the first punch.
