Don't confront him, next time he messes with you in real life tell him what the above guy said "Stop being a little tweeting pussy, hiding behind a fucking computer monitor. Fight me like a real man."

Do your best to hurt him, then people will learn not to fuck with you.

Btw, working out a day before you fight him won't help. That's such a joke. All it will do is make your muscles tired and worn out because your muscle tissue is still repairing..
