No, there won't be a war between Syria an Turkey.
There will certainly be an escalation in military attacks though.

I would not at all be surprised if this will result in some of Syria being taken over as a "military free zone", supposedly to create an area of shelter for Syrian refugees.
Especially since Turkey is very suspicious of this part of Syria, which is predominantly Kurdish.
