If you block someone straight after you like there photo will your name still come up on the notification?

Yes.

Once you like, comment on, or whatever, someone's photo, then they will get a notification immediately, even if you unlike it or uncomment it, or even try to block the person.

I don't even know why you would want to do that, but oh well.
