I have both and really enjoy using them. My aunt found me on myspace and I hadn't talked to her since I was about 5. I have also found a couple of old friends on myspace and it is an easy way to catch up and stay in contact. Facebook I use more for my family and I put lots of pictures up for them to see. I like seeing their pics and they think its great to be able to see us and our little one. I have family in Louisiana and Oklahoma and all I have to do is upload my pictures to my page and they can all see them just like that! I have my account set to private so that ONLY people I add can see my pictures and my profile.
