Every super-fangirl has this problem, trust me.
This isn't going to be easy... but take a break from them.
Just take a one month break from them.
Don't go on Twitter.
Don't stalk their Facebook's.
And avoid any 1D blogs.
It's a nice break and it does get easier once you get used to them not being in your life 24/7.

And if you can't seem to tear yourself away from them for a month try making plans with friends as often as you can to keep yourself busy.
