Is it possible to block websites on a specific computer on a wi-fi network?

Without loading software on her computer, you may be stuck. Since both of you are wireless, you cannot block a site in the router without blocking everyone, at least with the router you have.
Or, contact Facebook, and complain about a user saying bad things about you, see if they can block or disable her access....
