This is in regard to your last question. How old is your son that is with his mother? By law she is NOT allowed to have your minor child or teenager in or around anyone that has a felony! Please do not talk to your ex about this. U hav grounds to get full custody of your child as soon as this man moves back into the home where your son is living. But u will want to have prove of this when u go before the judge, like audio ( phone recordings) and even video of this guy being with your son. I was in a custody battle for over 3 yrs and it never really ends until there 18. I look forward to talking with u. Please put in subject: custody
