It probably is a mixed bag for WWE! WWE and the stars can go out their and promote the company and themselves! Look at Zack Ryder for example, he wouldn't even be on television or getting any kind of push if it wasn't for his youtube videos, facebook, twitter, he did poke a little fun at wwe for not pushing him, but there wasn't anything mean spirited in his youtube videos or aimed at making wwe look bad!

other people like gail kim come off so bitter about how they have been used, that it really just makes them look bad, and then there are stars who ruin their debuts by tweeting things like "im going to be at raw and beat so and so"!

Plus wwe shoves the whole thing down people's throats, by reminding us every 10 minutes what is trending right now during it's live raw broadcast! So it probably is more positive for wwe since it is great for marketing the company but it may turn a few people off!
