Can they see my tweets?
I have a locked account twitter. People that follow me on twitter have tweeted back if I tweet them, but no one ever tweets back that isn't following me. I know that some of them do like me, they just haven't followed back yet. So can they not read my tweets or something because they're not following me, even though I tagged them? Thanks Smile
