Friendship Problem - Advice?

I'll try to make this a brief as possible. I basically confinded in my "Friend" about something that was personal and I thought as my friend she'd be there for me. I guess it was good to talk about it. I did feel a lot better afterwards, and she seemed understanding.(I'm really not someone who goes and tells everyones my problems, she is the only person I had talked to about it) Then I literally just checked Twitter, whether she forgot I followed her or what, I don't know. But she's posted what I've said to her in our conversation today on Twitter, calling me an attention seeker and generally just posting the key element of the conversation. It's really upset me, them sort of things should be kept between friends, not viral. Do I confront her or what? Thank you xo
