How can you follow someone on Twitter without them showing up on your "Following" list?
I like Miley Cyrus, and I would like to follow her on Twitter, but then all my friends would see and I would get abuse from them. Is their anyway to make it so when I follow her, she can become invisible on my "Following" List?
