Does anyone have any advice on how to get over a girl?

But she doesn't even like me, in fact I think she likes someone else. She's pretty much shot me down when I ask her out, although she does like talking to me. We live very far apart, almost 95 miles. It's becoming increasingly clear to me we'll probably never be together, but I can't help thinking about her, I can't sleep, I don't want to eat, I feel sad when I see her picture on facebook now.

My friends have all told me to forget her, my family too. But I can't. What can I do? Will time heal my heart? I'm 28 btw.

@Lila - I have told her, she didn't know what to say. We've been talking for about a month now, and flirting a bit. But now, she denies ever flirting with me, she says I took it wrong, and she's making excuses for why she called me all those cutesy names and stuff.

The weird thing is we were set up by her best friend, who is my best friend Nate's GF. They set us up thinking we'd maybe go out, but I don't see it happening. I guess I have to get over her, but it's going to be very hard. I don't get many chances with girls, and I rarely have the guts to tell them I like them.
