How to make that no one can open my profile picture on facebook?

Go to your Timeline Profile click on Photos and open your Profile Pictures Album.
Open every single picture and on the top right corner side by the display date you will see icons like gear, friends or globe.
Click on it and select only me or custom as you require.
Now your profile pictures visibility is limited.
Find all posts by this user
