Can you access Android Market/Internet on a Prepaid phone without a Data Plan?
Im going to get a At&t Fusion go phone prepaid. Its $25 for Unlimited Text, 250 mins, and no data plan. Im planning on getting this plan. The phone has WI-FI capability and im wondering if i have WI-FI then can i access all of these? Like Android market to download games and themes and Social Networks.
