Do you ever feel bad for "fangirls"?

I don't mean the usual fangirl. The OBSESSED fangirl. If you go on twitter, there are thousands and thousands if these girls who dedicate their entire lives to a celebrity. They spend every second of every day posting pictures of their celebrity, talking about them, having conversations with other people from their fandom. They have admitted to spending their entire day watching videos, going on tumblr and looking at pictures and learning every single thing about them, tweeting them all day long hoping for a response, there's girls who have been doing this over a celebrity for years.

It looks exhausting! ! They're the first thing they talk about in the morning, the last thing they talk about before they go to sleep, and everything in between. I mean it literally consumes their entire day every single day. I feel like they're missing out on more important things in life......and I couldn't imagine thinking about one person every second of every day for years. Ya know? How do you feel about this...
