I'm 14 and I want to learn how to fight. Help please?

I'm 14 and I never have worked out. I want to learn how to defend myself in situations. I'm scrawny. So I want to learn how to punch (without my hand getting hurt) how to kick (like in Japanese movies) (or regularly) and dodge.

I also want to be MORE independent. Like I don't want to be as social as I am for example. Like going outside and having Internet privileges like Facebook. YouTube. Twitter. Etc...
I always refuse to be independent. Like my Internet NEVER GOES OUT! I want Help on that

One more thing. My hair. It's light brown/dirty blonde. I want to grow it out and have like an dark orangish color
Mixed with dark brown. Would that be a good color?
