I think you should do Kickboxing I have no experience in it but my brother used to do it and he was able to do everything you listed. Also if you want to be more independent just do it, you're not going to get it done if you just talk about it to people. I'm not saying restrict internet and your social life completely just lower it to a limit you are comfortable with. Also don't try and rush it, do it slowly, step by step.
