I like Pinterest for some businesses. B2C is where Pinterest is usually most effective. All visual sites like Pinterest, Flickr, and YouTube are places where you can promote your business through effective marketing - whether creating an educational message on YouTube, showing how the product works, or visual testimonials. The idea is you are building credibility for your product/service through a visual media, something somebody can see vs. read.
