Yes, making racist comments is classed as Incitement to racial hatred which is illegal, your comments if they accused him of anything falsely can also be classed as libel as you have typed it in. If someone annoys you you should just ignore them and never reply as you will probably regret it after wards.
If he lives within the same town or state as you then the cops might say something. If the comments are sent be email or on a website then the network provider might revoke your access. People have been sent to prison (in Europe) for making offensive comments online). Ads |
