how to know that someone is online on twitter?

You can't really get those 'online chat' thing like on Facebook that has the number of people that are online. Basically, when you open someone's twitter and you see like their last tweet was 1 minute ago or something near that, that means they're online. If you use iPhone, you can turn on the notification that allows you to receive their tweets, that could possibly help when you want to know if your friend is online. (Maybe also in some apple products and android) Smile
